Fit Clinic Strength Co 500ml shaker bottle with screw cup. Perfect to use for water or other intra-workout liquids, during your workout, while keeping your protein powder separate.
Once you're finished, unscrew the cup underneath and put the powder in the shaker, and add water.
Comes with two stackable screw cups, so you can use only one or have two attached underneath. Includes shaker ball.
Tip: If you prefer milk, add a scoop of powdered milk to the protein powder in the storage cup beforehand. This way when you add water, it makes it creamy. You get the benefit of milk while not having to take it with you as a liquid
